Production Process of Seamless Steel Pipes:

The process starts with rolling steel ingots into round steel. These are then hot pierced to obtain tube blanks (gross tubes), which are subsequently transformed into seamless tubes through hot rolling, cold rolling, or cold drawing.

Various production methods include continuous pipe rolling, periodic pipe rolling, pipe jacking, and extruded pipe production. In each method, round steel or tube billets are heated to the required process temperature using an intermediate frequency heating furnace before entering the rolling process.

Thepipes are then formed by a forming machine or extrusion machine, straightened, shaped, cut, marked, and finally bundled and stored.
